At SuperBox, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your package.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping responsibilities are determined by the reason for the return:

Reason for Return Who Pays for Shipping?
Change of Mind / No Longer Wanted The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Product / Manufacturing Fault SuperBox will cover the return shipping costs.

Note: For "Change of Mind" returns, original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the device securely. If the return is due to a defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. If it is a change of mind, you may use the carrier of your choice (tracking is highly recommended).


4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the "secondary sale" condition.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a SuperBox that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case to provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
