• The product must show no signs of wear, tear, or damage that would prevent secondary sales.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping responsibilities are determined by the reason for the return:

• Change of Mind / No Longer Wanted: The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective Product / Manufacturing Fault: We will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the "secondary sale" condition.

If you receive a SuperBOX that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case to provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
