At SuperBox, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your package.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Requirements for a valid return:
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must include all accessories, cables, remote controls, and manuals.
The product must show no signs of wear, tear, or damage that would prevent secondary sales.
Shipping responsibilities are determined by the reason for the return:

Note: For "Change of Mind" returns, original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
To start a return process, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email our customer service team at [Your Support Email Address] with your order number and the reason for the return.
Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Ship the Item: Pack the device securely. If the return is due to a defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. If it is a change of mind, you may use the carrier of your choice (tracking is highly recommended).
Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the "secondary sale" condition.
Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).
Rejection: If the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or in a condition that prevents reselling, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund.
If you receive a SuperBox that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case to provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
