This was for my husband and he is very happy with it. The only thing he is a little disappointed with is that he can't fast forward it and therefore has to watch parts he has already seen and doesn't wish to watch again.

The product certainly provides a very good picture and sound. As I have previously used other boxes installation was very easy. I use about 5 APPS on the SuperBox. I am a member of the Super Box Face Book group which is helpful as well. If you where to provide DETAILED directions for the download sequence I believe there would be much less confusion. I had a mentor assist me which was very helpful.

These boxes are AMAZING!! They were easy to set up. I love that it has a clock on the front and that it turns off and doesn't stay on or takes a long time to turn off.
